Measure from the back. Identify the bones at the top edge of each shoulder. Measure from bone to bone following your natural curve.

Relax your arms and place them at an angle of 120º. Measure the length from the bone at the top edge of your shoulder (same point where the shoulder was measured) and measure to below the wrist bone, skirting the elbow at the back.

Measure from the inside of the armpit to below the wrist bone.

Measure around your neck, between the adam's apple and the base of your neck.

Measure from the belly to the seventh cervical, surrounding the crotch.

Measure from the center of the collarbone, to the belly. Important to note the collarbone when you measure yourself.

11/14 - Total Length

Measure from the side of the neck to the center of the ankle in the front.

12/14 - Leg

Measure from the belly to the ankle bone, along the outside of the leg.

13/14 - Interior Leg

Starting at your crotch hold the measuring tape in position and measure the inside part of your leg to just below the ankle bone.

14/14 - Leg contour upper thigh

Wrap the measuring tape around your thigh just below your crotch. Be sure the measuring tape is leveled all way around.

14.1/14 - Leg contour lower thigh

Wrap the measuring tape around your thigh just 5 centimeters below the previous measurement. Be sure the measuring tape is leveled all way around.

14.2/14 - Calf

Wrap the tape measure around your calf at the widest part of it. Make sure the measuring tape is leveled all the way around.
